Dongil Technology Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032960) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares for KRW 1,245 million. The purpose of the program is to write off the shares. The program will be valid till February 22, 2018. As of November 24, 2017, the company had 2,089,814 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 4,753 shares in treasury under other capacities.
DONGIL TECHNOLOGY, LTD is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of electronic products. The Company mainly offers electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters, which are used in electronic products, communication devices and audio products. In addition, it engages in the manufacturing and distribution of cluster ion generators, static eliminators with piezoelectric ceramic, ultrasonic sensors, dental devices and others. The Company distributes its product within domestic market and to overseas markets.
