Martin Clarke, editor-in-chief of dailymail.com, commented: 'At Daily Mail TV we aim to set the news agenda - breaking the most talked about stories in conjunction with dailymail.com so our viewers are always getting original reporting'.

According to the latest official ABC figures, MailOnline received a total of 183m browsers across December. As a result the title remains the most visited UK newsbrand website. Metro recorded the largest growth of average daily and total monthly traffic - up 5% and 6% respectively month on month and up 60% and 53% respectively year on year. The title reached just under 44m browsers in total across the month. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail enjoyed a 0.8% increase in print circulation compared to the previous December.
