Santosh Kumar, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation from his position as stated in the resignation letter as enclosed herewith dated Sep. 28, 2021 with effect from Oct. 1, 2021. At the next Board Meeting the same will be placed for formal acceptance.
