DIMECO, INC. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND
Honesdale, PA, June 21, 2022 / The Board of Directors of Dimeco, Inc. (DIMC) declared a dividend of $0.36 per share, payable on July 21, 2022, to shareholders of record June 30, 2022. This dividend is a 5.9% increase over the dividend declared in June 2021. Based on the closing stock price of $44.50 on June 16, 2022, this represents a dividend yield of 3.24%.
