HERNDON, Va. - March 5, 2013 - Deltek, Inc., the leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions for professional services firms and government contractors, today announced that Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) engineering firm Bard, Rao + Athanas (BR+A) has chosen Deltek Vision. BR+A will use Deltek Vision to run its front and back office, enabling the company to seamlessly win more business, execute projects, manage its general ledger, and accelerate cash collection activities. The solution will also provide BR+A with greater visibility into key firm performance data in addition to streamlining its operations. BR+A will also utilize the Deltek's Services team to ensure a rapid, smooth implementation across the firm's five offices.

BR+A is a 35 year-old, employee-owned firm with 230 staffers in five offices across the United States. The company was previously using Deltek's older Advantage solution as its ERP platform. To drive game-changing improvements across its organization, BR+A needed to move to a newer solution that could unite its front and back offices. After a rigorous evaluation process that included BST Global, BR+A decided to upgrade to Deltek Vision. While there were many reasons why Deltek was the optimal fit for the company, the most important factor was Deltek's ability to provide the best combination of value and cost while delivering the capability to align marketing, business development, project and financial management.

While gaining greater insight into firm-wide performance was important, BR+A also had specific accounting and marketing requirements that it needed to drive improved performance.
