DELTA AIR LINES, INC. For a remarkable fifth year, Glassdoor has recognized Delta as one of its Best Places to Work. Delta ranks No. 7 on the 2021 list of 100 large companies, the highest rank Delta has historically received. The list is based solely on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on their jobs, work environment and other important workplace characteristics.

Last year delivered no shortage of challenges. From volunteering for short- and long-term unpaid leaves of absence to implementing a new standard of cleanliness across the travel journey, employees around the company demonstrated professionalism, resilience, innovative thinking and empathy as we navigated the many changes that the COVID-19 pandemic brought to our business and our daily lives.
The Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award is entirely based on feedback that Delta employees anonymously share on Glassdoor. To determine the winners of the award, Glassdoor evaluated all company reviews submitted between Oct. 22, 2019, and Oct.19, 2020.
During the year-long eligibility period, employers considered for the large list must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the eight workplace attributes - overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, work-life balance, recommend to a friend and six-month business outlook. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor's proprietary awards algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
