Delong Holdings Limited Approves Appointment of Wu Geng as Independent Director

The board of Delong Holdings Limited has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and approved the appointment of Mr. Wu Geng as independent director as well as chairman of the nominating committee, a member of audit and remuneration committees.
