Variation of Terms of Executive Director Contract

Decimal Software Limited (ASX: DSX; "Decimal") advises a change from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director for Decimal founder, Mr Jan Kolbusz.

With the solution technology now proven and in production in major accounts, Mr Kolbusz will step back from an operational role but continue to help drive business strategy and technology direction through the Board.
