Berlin, January 22, 2015 - DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE000A0Z23G6) and BMG Rights Management GmbH have entered into a Letter of Intent concerning a framework agreement between the label DEAG Music and the Bertelsmann subsidiary BMG about the promotion of artists. The two companies pool their expertise and invest in the comprehensive marketing and promotion of DEAG Music artists in the fields of German hit songs/middle-of-the-road music/popular music. They now offer the planning, financing, production, promotion and settlement of publications, including the distribution by Sony Music, from a single source. In this connection the comprehensive 360 degree approach of DEAG is above all to be implemented. The objective of the cooperation is a significant enhancement of the success of publications.

André Selleneit, Managing Director of DEAG Music, states: "I am excited about the cooperation with BMG and the opportunities provided by the Bertelsmann network. Together we will have a powerful clout and can promote artistic profiles comprehensively."
