ADDISON, Texas (AP) _ Daseke, Inc. (DSKE) on Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $7.3 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Addison, Texas-based company said it had net income of 9 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 12 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $335.6 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $6.2 million, or 2 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.45 billion.

Daseke expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.4 billion to $1.5 billion.

Daseke shares have fallen 2% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 81% in the last 12 months.
