From November 30, 2016 to December 31, 2016, the company has repurchased 1,284,000 shares, representing 0.3% for ¥637.04 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,284,000 shares, representing 0.3% for ¥637.04 million under the buyback announced on November 30, 2016.
Daido Steel Co., Ltd. is a steel manufacturing company operating in five business segments. The Specialty Steel segment is engaged in the manufacture, inspection and sale of specialty steel and secondary products, as well as the procurement of materials. The Functional and Magnetic Materials segment offers functional and electronic materials, high-alloyed products and rare-earth magnetic products.
