Curtiss-Wright Corp. (NYSE:CW) entered into an agreement to acquire Phönix Armaturen-Werke Bregel GmbH from AXA Private Equity and other minority shareholders for approximately €82 million in cash on January 14, 2013. The transaction is subject to approval from European regulatory authority and antitrust authorities. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2013.
