CuriosityStream Inc. Appoints Andrew Hendricks as Class I Director Member of Compensation Committee of Board and T E Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

On January 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of CuriosityStream Inc. appointed Mr. Andrew Hendricks to serve as a Class I Director of the Company until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2021. Mr. Hendricks will also serve as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
