CSS Industries, Inc. announced that Harry J. Mullany III has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Mullany brings considerable executive leadership and management experience gained through his service as a senior executive with a variety of global mass market retailers and professional services providers. From November 2013 until August 2015, Mr. Mullany served as President of Toys R Us, Inc. He also served in various positions with Walmart Stores, Inc. between January 2006 and November 2010, including as its Executive Vice President and President North Business.
