Steve Bailey has been promoted to executive vice president, chief operations officer and chief information officer for CSB, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Commercial & Savings Bank. Bailey's career spans over 15 years in senior level banking positions as well as 15 years in senior level financial roles at small and medium business enterprises. Bailey joined CSB in October 2012.
