Referring to CPT Drives and Power Public Company Limited ("The Company") issued the new shares for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 270,000,000 shares at the selling price of Baht 2.30 per share with the total amount of Baht 621,000,000 the net amount after the deduction of underwriting fee and related expenses was Baht 604,628,844.
