Mumbai, 29th February 2012: Cox and Kings Ltd, the longest established travel company in the world since 1758 has won the PATA Gold Award 2012 in the Marketing Media - Consumer Travel Brochure (BR) category of the 2012 PATA Gold Awards for its entry, "Luxury Escapades".

The "Luxury Escapades" is a 5-book series of Luxury Group Tours and Custom Designed Journeys across the world. The five titles include Asia & The Pacific, Portrait of Latin America, Africa & The Indian Ocean, European Journeys and Australia & New Zealand.

According to a PATA spokesperson, "The judges were most impressed with the quality of the entry and, indeed, the overall high standard of entries submitted this year." This year's awards attracted 180 entries from 79 organisations and individuals worldwide.

The awards will be presented during the PATA Annual Conference on April 21, 2012 at the Royale Chulan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
