Cowell e Holdings Inc. Appoints Kim Ilung as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a Member of the Audit Committee with Effect from 13 May, 2016

Cowell e Holdings Inc. announced that Mr. Kim Ilung has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee of the Company with effect from 13 May, 2016. Mr. IU Kim worked as a vice president in the Non Dynamic Random Access Memory marketing team, a V.P. in the DRAM marketing team and a senior V.P. in the Memory Marketing team of the semiconductor division of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. from 2000 to 2009.

Mr. IU Kim is currently working as a president and Chief Executive Officer of Essencore Limited and an executive V.P. of SK Holdings Co. Ltd.
