The Company operates through two segments: Partnerships and Legacy Operations. The Partnerships segment specializes in mixed tenure developments, including affordable homes, homes for institutional private rental and homes for private sale, working with partners in the public and private sectors. The Legacy Operations segment is engaged in non-partnerships activities. The Partnerships business comprises four geographical operating segments across the United Kingdom.
