NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Cosan Limited (NYSE: CZZ, B3: CZLT33) ("Company") hereby announces to its shareholders and the market that Marcelo Eduardo Martins, current Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was elected the Investor Relations Officer of the Company, consequent to the resignation of Paula Kovarsky.

Paula Kovarsky remains as an executive at CZZ, heading the Investor Relations Department and leading the company's new structure in New York (USA).
