Zara more than doubles the size of its stores in Grand Littoral in Marseille (France) and Campania near Naples (Italy) by a further 3,000 m2 to create two new flagship stores.

Zara's existing store of 1,000 m2 on one level will be transformed into a flagship store of 2,200 m² on two levels in Grand Littoral. It will be the largest Zara store in the region. The store is located at the entrance of the newly redeveloped Zone Azur where Primark will open its first store in France (7,500 m²) in the near future. This part of Grand Littoral also includes other strong fashion and life style tenants among which are H&M, Disney, New Yorker, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Sephora and Quicksilver.

In Campania the existing Zara Store is transferred from a 1,700 m2 shop to a 3,500 m² flagship store. The centre also includes other international tenants like Apple, H&M, Hollister and Inditex brands like Bershka, Pull & Bear, Zara Home, Oysho and Stradivarius.

Frederic Fontaine (COO and CDO): 'We are very happy to see Zara doubling its stores in Grand Littoral and Campania. The new Zara flagship stores along with other leading retailers in these centres further positions them as Favourite Meeting Places. It shows that international retailers are more than willing to join us in changing the reality of shopping experiences and increase their presence in our Favourite Meeting Places. Places where people like to meet and return to, any time of the day for anything and in any mood.'
