Convergys Hosts Open House in Hickory, North Carolina

(Cincinnati & Hickory, North Carolina; January 7, 2013) - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hosting an open house at its contact center in Hickory, North Carolina.

New employees will provide inbound customer service/sales support to a client in the communications industry.

"We're looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer calls and customer service. Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills, computer literacy, and candidates should posses some sales experience." said Billie Coon, site leader of the Convergys contact center in Hickory.
