The company has issued 1,000,000 common shares at a price of INR 20 per share for gross proceeds of INR 20,000,000. The transaction included participation from Taarush Tradecom Llp for 350,000 shares, Aahwaanith Tradecom Llp for 350,000 shares and Raahityaa Enterprises Llp for 300,000 shares. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The shares are subject to a lock-up period until November 25, 2021.
