MINNETONKA, Minn., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Communications Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: JCS) today announced that Karen Nesburg Bleick was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources for Communication Systems, Inc. effective January 1, 2009.

Karen has been a member of CSI Corporate staff serving as Director of Human Resources since October 1, 2002. Her knowledge and experience of CSI's history, operations and employee base will continue to be of great value in her new role. She started her employment with CSI in the Human Resources Department in February 1998.

Karen will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the Human Resources function as CSI continues to grow and broaden its scope and reach.
