NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in compliance with the provisions of CVM resolutions informs its shareholders, investors, and the market at large that it has signed a contract with Fundação Instituto de Administração ("FIA") aiming to receive support and advisory services for the elaboration and presentation of a detailed study on the feasibility of establishing a Holding and other companies, with the objective of segregating different business units of Sanepar.
The execution of the work will include: (i) conducting a diagnosis and preliminary scenario report. Subsequently, after analyzing the diagnosis and feasibility of the scenarios duly approved by the Company's Governance bodies, the process will be followed with: (ii) technical support in the structuring of the company(ies) controlled by Sanepar, with support in corporate, capital market, tax, and regulatory matters.
The Company will keep the market informed about the subject.
