Companhia de Bebidas das Américas - Ambev will release its results for 3Q11 on Wednesday, November 9th before BOVESPA and NYSE open.

According to Corporate Governance practices, Ambev will enter its Quiet Period on October 25th, which will last until the conference call, that will be hosted by Ambev’s Senior Management for discussing 3Q11 results. During this period, Ambev will not comment on matters related to its results in order to ensure greater transparency and fairness in the information provided to the market.
