Compagnie des Alpes SA reported audited consolidated earnings results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2015. For the year, sales were EUR 695.9 million, EBITDA was EUR 168.8 million, operating income was EUR 66.9 million, net attributable income was EUR 30.0 million and free cash flow from operation was EUR 38.8 million against sales of EUR 693.0 million, EBITDA of EUR 168.8 million, operating income of EUR 60.7 million, net attributable income of EUR 25.4 million and free cash flow from operations of EUR 45 million. The group's net debt amounted to EUR 361.6 million and was substantially reduced over the period due to the proceeds of the sale of four parks, which came to EUR 51 million. The Group's free cash flow from operations was due to the increase in investment, which led to an investments to sales ratio of 18.4% for the Ski Areas division (versus 17.0% last year), 16.1% for the Leisure Destinations division (versus 15.5% last year), and EUR 13.3 million for the International Development division (compared with EUR 9.0 million last year), in light of the opening of Grévin Seoul in particular.

For fiscal year 2016, the business dynamic is expected to remain positive, although the tourist sector has been weakened by the most recent developments.
