CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board announces that Ms. Ngan has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 16 January 2017.

The Board further announces that Ms. Bok has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 16 January 2017.

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Director(s)'') of Come Sure Group (Holdings) Limited (the ''Company'') announces that Ms. Ngan Chui Wan, Judy (''Ms. Ngan'') has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 16 January 2017 due to her other personal commitments. Ms. Ngan has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Stock Exchange'').

Following the resignation of Ms. Ngan, the Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Bok Yuk Wan (''Ms. Bok'') has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 16 January 2017.

Ms. Bok, aged 35, is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Bok holds a bachelor degree of Accountancy awarded by the University of South Australia in January 2009.

Ms. Bok has over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and corporate management. Ms. Bok joined the Company in June 2010 as an assistant accounting manager and currently holds the office as an accounting and secretarial manager. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Bok had been working in several accountancy firms and serving as accounting and auditing positions for more than 5 years.
