CNIM Group enters into exclusive negotiations with Paprec Group with a view to the disposal of its O&M activity.

CNIM Group has entered into exclusive negotiations with Paprec Group with a view to a possible disposal of its Operation & Maintenance activity which includes its subsidiaries specialized in the operation & maintenance of energy recovery plants.

Depending on the outcome of the negotiations, employee representative organizations will be consulted, the finalized project will be submitted to CNIM Group's governance bodies, competent supervisory authorities and creditors and the market will be duly informed.
