Class Limited Announces Executive Changes

Class Limited announced the appointment of Robert Bazzani to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 2 January 2020. Mr. Bazzani is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated track record in growing large scale and complex businesses. In the 20 years he spent with global consulting firm KPMG, he served as Chairman of KPMG Victoria, National Managing Partner for KPMG Australia's Enterprise Division and National Managing Partner for KPMG's M&A Division. Whilst in these various roles, Mr. Bazzani was a member of KPMG's National Executive Committee (NEC), which oversees and is responsible for the firm's turnover, strategic decision making, profitability and operations. Mr. Christopher Cuffe will step down from the Class Board of Directors effective 2 January 2020. Mr. Cuffe has been a member of the Board since October 2017 and is stepping down for personal reasons. On behalf of the Board, Mr. Quinn thanks Mr. Cuffe for his valued contribution to the company during this period and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
