Citystate Savings Bank, Inc. announced that at its board meeting held on Mar 30, 2022, the Board of Directors approved the resignation of Atty. Freda F. Bartolome-Ringor as VP/Legal Services and Regulatory Affairs Department Head and Assistant Corporate Secretary, effective April 18, 2022.
