South African information technology group Business Connexion has entered into a partnership with the local office of Citrix Systems, Inc., under which it was appointed as Citrix's first local integrator partner. The partnership is aimed to support the companies' collective drive to facilitate enterprise-wide adoption of desktop virtualisation and cloud computing. The Citrix systems integrator programme is an invitation only programme and selected companies would enjoy joint solution development with Citrix, discounts, outsourcing and hosting services and products as well as joint sales engagement and marketing collaboration.
