Citi Trends, Inc. announced that On July 26, 2023, Ivy Council, 66, the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer the Company notified the Company of her decision to retire after 16 years of service. Ms. Council will remain in her current role until September 29, 2023, in order to assist with the transition. The Company has commenced a search for her successor.
