Issue of share options and PDMR dealing

The Company today confirms that it has granted options ('Options') over 125,000 ordinary shares of £0.02 each in its share capital to Jacqueline Droogan, Head of Mobilisation, under the Company's Partnership Incentive Plan.
These Options vest, subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions, on 24 June 2018 and are exercisable for a period of five years from vesting. 62,500 Options are exercisable at £0.02 per share and 62,500 Options are exercisable at £0.50 per share.
