Subject: Distribution of Invitation Letter to the Annual General Meeting of 
Shareholders No. 28

To:    The President
    The Stock Exchange of Thailand

CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank") will hold the Annual General 
Meeting of Shareholders No. 28 on Tuesday, 12 April 2022, at 10.00 a.m. through
electronic media channel only in accordance with the Emergency Decree on
Electronic Meetings, B.E. 2563 and relevant laws and other regulations, in order
 to consider the agenda items with details as previously notified.

The Bank has made the Invitation Letter to the Annual General Meeting of 
Shareholders, together with all accompanying documents ("AGM Invitation
Letter"), available on the Bank's website at www.cimbthai.com from 10 March 2022
to serve as another channel to notify the shareholders. Such AGM Invitation
Letter is the same as those to be sent by mail to shareholders.

In this regard, the AGM Invitation Letter will be sent to the shareholders whose
names appeared in the Register of Shareholders on the record date that the
shareholders having the right to attend the annual general meeting of
shareholders are determined.
