Ningbo Xianfeng New Material Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300163) signed an agreement to acquire 4.9% stake in Guangdong Chutianlong Smart Card Co., Ltd. from Mao Fangyang, Chen Liying and Su Erzai for approximately CNY 140 million on January 13, 2017. Guangdong Chutianlong Smart Card Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 1.36 billion and net assets of CNY 590.82 million as at September 30, 2016.
