(1))The Company registered to offer and issue
the first domestic unsecured convertible corporate bond with
an upper limit of 6,000 bonds (Par value NT$100,000 per bond)
and total par values NT$600,000,000, it was effective based on
the No.1110341061 letter of FSC dated on May 23, 2022.
(2)Because domestic capital market fluctuated drastically recently due
to the changes in the international situation caused by inflation,
the Company applies to FSC for a 3-month extension of the offering
period to seek a better issuance timing when considering the interests of
the Company and its shareholders. The offer is extended to be completed
before Nov. 23, 2022.
