On March 16, 2020, Christopher & Banks Corporation (the "Company") was informed by Luke Komarek, its Senior Vice President, General Counsel, that he was retiring from the Company effective March 27, 2020 and in connection therewith, resigning immediately as an officer of the Company and its subsidiaries.
