Choo Chiang Holdings Ltd. Appoints Sho Kian Hin as Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

Choo Chiang Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Sho Kian Hin as the Independent Director of the Company, effective from November 13, 2018. Mr. Sho has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sho is currently an Independent Director of the OUE Lippo Healthcare Ltd. and QT Vascular Ltd.
