Credit China Fintech Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Wang Wei as Independent Non-Executive Director and to Cease to Act as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and A Member of Each of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, Effective on April 1, 2017

The board of directors of Credit China FinTech Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wang Wei has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director and will cease to act as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of each of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the company with effect from 1 April 2017 due to his past and recent new commitments to a few international institutions including (GBBC), and his involvement in the Chinese Museum of Finance and the China M&A Group, resulting in less devotion to commercial activities.
