The resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2022 on 12 August 2022 of Chonburi Concrete Product Public Company Limited ("The Company"). The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr.Daorit Thongnim who currently holding the position of the Company's director as Audit Committee member. As a result, there are 4 Audit Committee member out of 8 Board of Directors, effective from 12 August 2022 onward.
