China Yuanbang Property Holdings Limited Appoints Xia Weichang as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Share Option Scheme Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

The Board of Directors of China Yuanbang Property Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Xia Weichang as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 13 March 2017. Mr. Xia will also be appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Share Option Scheme Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.
