POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

This announcement is made by China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited (the ''Company''), together with its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 17 July 2020 in relation to the positive profit alert of the Company (the ''Announcement''). Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company wishes to further inform the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on a preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 and the information currently available to the Board, the Group expects to record a reduction in net loss of no less than 90% for the six months ended 30 June 2020, or may record a turnaround to profit as compared to that for the six months ended 30 June 2019. The reasons for the expected reduction in loss or turnaround to profit has been disclosed in the Announcement.

The Company is in the process of finalizing the Group's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment made by the Board with reference to the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 whereas such information has not been audited, confirmed or reviewed by the auditor of the Company. The relevant information is, therefore, not confirmed and is subject to additional adjustments and finalization. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to read carefully the interim results announcement of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2020 which is expected to be announced on or before 31 August 2020.
