(Stock Code: 873) RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of China Taifeng Beddings Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that on 19 September 2017 Mr. CHAN Kin Sang ("Mr. Chan"), an independent non-executive Director has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and the Special Investigation Committee with effect from 19 September 2017. The reason for Mr. Chan's resignation is due to difficulties and limitations encountered by the Special Investigation Committee in securing sufficient resources from the Company and obtaining relevant operational and financial information from the management for the Special Investigation Committee to properly address the regulatory concerns arisen from the findings of the forensic review and to satisfy the resumption conditions. Save as aforementioned, Mr. Chan has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in relation to his resignation.
