OPERATING DATA OF 2020 FIRST QUARTER

This announcement is made pursuant to the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (the "Company") announces that, according to the Company's preliminary statistics, total power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") on a consolidated basis for the 2020 first quarter amounted to 2,712,341.41 MWh, representing an increase of 1.71% over the corresponding period of 2019, comprising the gross wind power generation of 2,670,842.15 MWh, representing an increase of 1.62% over the corresponding period of 2019 and the solar power generation of 41,499.26MWh, representing an increase of 7.88% over the corresponding period of 2019. The sales volume of gas of the Group on a consolidated basis for the 2020 first quarter amounted to 1,322,300,500 cubic meters, representing an increase of 12.69% over the corresponding period of 2019, comprising the wholesale segment of 928,005,000cubic meters, representing an increase of 9.61% over the corresponding period of 2019, the retail segment of 380,356,100 cubic meters, representing an increase of 26.45% over the corresponding period of 2019, the CNG segment of 13,566,900 cubic meters, representing a decrease of 47.87% over the corresponding period of 2019, and the LNG segment of 372,500 cubic meters.
