China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited provided earnings guidance for the year ended December 31, 2017. The board of directors of the company announced that, according to the preliminary assessment based on the consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2017, which has not been audited or reviewed, the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the company for the year ended December 31, 2017 is expected to increase by more than approximately 60% in comparison with the corresponding period of 2016. According to the information currently available, the board considers that the increase in the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the company is mainly due to: the satisfactory wind resources of the Group as compared with last year and the increase in the operating capacity of the wind farms stations, which resulted in the increase in power delivered to grid and power sales revenue as compared to the corresponding period of last year; and the significant increase in the sales volume of natural gas of the Group, which resulted in the increase in revenue as compared to the corresponding period of last year.
