Reference is made to (i) the announcement of China Silver Technology Holdings Limited (formerly known as TC Orient Lighting Holdings Limited) (the "Company") dated 5 March 2020 regarding the Change of Company Name; (ii) the notice and the circular (the "Circular") of the Company both dated 17 March 2020 regarding the holding of an extraordinary general meeting of the Company; (iii) the announcement of the Company dated 3 April 2020 in respect of the postponement of the extraordinary general meeting;

1. the revised notice of the Company dated 15 May 2020 regarding the rescheduling of the extraordinary general meeting for 22 June 2020 (the "EGM"); (v) the announcement of the Company dated 22 June 2020 in relation to the poll results of the EGM; and (vi) the announcement of the Company dated 14 July 2020. Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION OF CHANGE OF NAME IN HONG KONG

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 28 July 2020 confirming the registration of the new name of the Company "China Silver Technology Holdings Limited 中華銀科技控股有限公司" in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The Change of Company Name will not, of itself, affect any of the rights of the Shareholders. New share certificates will be issued in the new name of the Company. All existing share certificates in issue bearing the former names of the Company shall continue to be evidence of title to the Shares and continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for the free exchange of the existing share certificates for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

The stock short names for trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "TC ORI LIGHT" to "CHINASILVER TEC" in English and from "達進東方照 明" to "中華銀科技" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 4 August 2020. The stock code of the Company will remain unchanged as "515".

CHANGE OF COMPANY LOGO

The logo of the Company has been changed with effect from today to reflect the Change of Company Name. The new logo of the Company is set out below:

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The website of the Company will be changed from "www.tatchun.com" to "www.csthltd.com" with effect from 4 August 2020.
