APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of China Silver Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company", which together with its subsidiaries is collectively referred to as the "Group") is pleased to announce that on 9 September 2020, Mr. Wang Menglei ("Mr. Wang") was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Wang, aged 41, occupied a senior management position in a lighting engineering company in China prior to joining the Group. Mr. Wang is a committee member of the Outdoor and Street Lighting Professional Committee of the 6th Executive Committee of Henan Illuminating Engineering Society（河南省照明學會六屆理事會室外與道路照明專業委員 會委員）.

Mr. Wang's remuneration will be determined by the Board taking into account his skill, knowledge and experience and his duties and responsibilities with the Company. To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief after having made all reasonable enquiries, Mr. Wang confirmed to the Company that he does not have any relationships with any other Directors, senior management, substantial or controlling shareholders of the Company, and he does not hold any shares or securities of the Company.
