UPDATES ON THE TIMETABLE OF THE DISTRIBUTION,

BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD AND THE RECORD DATE

Reference is made to the announcement of China Silver Group Limited (the "Company") dated 30 August 2017 and the circular of the Company dated 28 November 2017 (the "Circular") in relation to the Proposed Spin-Off. Unless the content otherwise specifies, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

UPDATES ON THE TIMETABLE OF THE DISTRIBUTION, BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD AND THE RECORD DATE

As mentioned in the Circular, a listing application form (Form A1) (the "Listing Application") was submitted to the Stock Exchange on 28 August 2017 for an application for the Listing. As at the date of this announcement, the Listing Application is still under the regulators' review. In light of this, the Directors are of the view that it is no longer practicable to follow the expected timetable set out in the Circular for the Distribution. The Company will issue an announcement disclosing a revised expected timetable of the Distribution, including, among others, the book closure period and the Record Date as and when appropriate in accordance with the Listing Rules.

For the avoidance of doubt, the date of the EGM as set forth in the Circular and the notice of EGM of the Company dated 28 November 2017 remains unchanged. Ordinary resolutions will be proposed to approve the Proposed Spin-Off at the EGM.
