Shenzhen Great Wall Securities Investment Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 500,000,000 in an equity round of funding on January 15, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, China Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002939) to maintain its 100% stake in the company. Post the closing, the investor's subscribed capital and the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 500,000,000 to CNY 1,000,000,000. The transaction is not subject to approval from company's board of directors for deliberation.
